I'm Gregg Goldfarb, and I've been fighting for injured people against Fortune 500 companies for over 30 years.

Based in Miami, I spend my days in the courtroom holding corporations accountable for the harm they cause from defective products to toxic chemicals that contaminate our water and blood.

I also host the "Cut to the Chase" podcast, where I've recorded over 200 episodes interviewing experts, breaking down complex cases, and asking the tough questions nobody else will. I started this newsletter because too many people including lawyers, don't know what's really happening in mass tort litigation. The media gives you headlines, but they don't explain what those $10 billion settlement offers really mean, or why a judge's ruling in Missouri matters for your case in Florida.

My job is to cut through the noise and give you the truth. I'm currently involved in PFAS litigation myself, so when I write about forever chemicals contaminating our water supply, I'm not just reporting. I'm fighting it in court.
